Travel & Schedule

Tuesday, September15th
Arrive in Dallas midday or evening. Check in at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.
Wednesday, September16th
Full day of Summit programming. Overnight at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.* All Summit attendees are invited to join the CVTA Conference Welcome Reception for complimentary cocktails and dinner. Email invitation to follow.
Thursday, September17th
Depart Dallas and return to your home jurisdiction or join us for the CVTA Fall Conference. See details below.

Per Diem $59.00* Per attendee (for Sept. 16th only)

*Total daily per diem may be reduced if Summit meals are provided.

Reimbursement Submission

Please keep your receipts. You will receive an Excel document for reimbursement at the end of the Summit.
